The host is so friendly and helpful! The restaurant she suggested was one of our favorites while in Japan.

It's a little far to walk to the main sights, but it's easy to get around by car.

Large traditional Japanese house, completely renovated, very well equipped, superbly decorated in the middle of a magnificent garden, not far from the center of Kumamoto. In addition, the owner Makiko, who lives nearby, is very friendly and speaks English very well.

What we appreciated the most was the warm hospitality and the comfortable environment. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing and especially suitable for families traveling with children. Our child truly enjoyed the stay, and the adorable LALA made it even more memorable for our whole family.
